Basically the conductance level switch work is similar to the capacitance level switch; And the only difference is that it works on resistance. And this is similar to the probe theory mentioned earlier, the difference in resistance between them (based on the media layer) converts to electrical output. It will only work if the media has some conductivity, which causes electrical resistance.
